By using these sites or applying to the Clans of Solana closed beta, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the sites.

1 · The beta

• Clans of Solana is in closed beta. Access is invite-only, granted in waves, and entirely at our discretion. Applying does not guarantee access.
• The game is unfinished by definition. Content, balance, progress, rewards and features may change, break, reset or be removed at any time, without notice or compensation.
• We may suspend or revoke beta access at any time — especially for cheating, exploiting, harassment, or attacking the service.

2 · Your wallet

• Your Solana wallet is used as your identity: connecting and signing a free plain-text message. These sites never ask you to sign a blockchain transaction and never request funds.
• You are solely responsible for your wallet, its keys and its security. We can never recover keys and will never ask for them.
• One beta application per wallet. Applications with false information may be rejected or revoked.

3 · Rewards & virtual items

• War Medals, Pool Power, the Weekly Pool and any other in-game systems are gameplay features, provided for entertainment. They are not investments, income, or financial products, and we make no promise that anything earned in-game has or will have monetary value.
• During the beta, any balances or rewards may be adjusted or reset as part of development.

4 · Conduct

• No cheating, botting, multi-accounting to manipulate rewards, exploiting bugs, or interfering with the service or other players.
• No unlawful, hateful or abusive behavior in any community surface tied to the game.

5 · Content & IP

The game, its art, names and these sites are our intellectual property. We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use them to play during the beta. Feedback you send us can be used to improve the game without obligation.

6 · Disclaimers

The sites and the beta are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, progress, or virtual items. Nothing on these sites is financial advice.

7 · Changes & termination

We may update these terms during the beta; material changes will be posted here with a new date. Continuing to use the sites after a change means you accept it. We may end the beta program at any time.
