Privacy Policy

We keep this simple: we collect the minimum needed to run a closed beta, we don’t sell it, and we delete it when it stops being useful.

What we collect

Beta application: your email address, country, X handle, optional Discord username, optional “how did you find us”, and the Solana wallet address you apply with.
Signatures: the cryptographic signature that proves you control your wallet. Signing is free and is never a blockchain transaction — we never see or ask for your private keys or funds.
Technical basics: IP address and request metadata, used transiently for security, rate-limiting and bot protection (Cloudflare Turnstile). We do not keep server logs of personal data.
Cookies: one HttpOnly session cookie per surface, only to keep you signed in. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

What we use it for

Reviewing applications and rolling out invite waves.
Emailing you about your application (confirmation, approval). Nothing else — no marketing lists without separate consent.
Keeping the platform safe: abuse prevention, rate limiting, bot filtering.
Anonymous, cookie-less page analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics), if enabled.

Where it lives

Application data is stored in Cloudflare D1 (our database) on Cloudflare’s infrastructure. Transactional email, if enabled, is delivered by Resend acting as our processor. We don’t sell or share your data with anyone else.

How long we keep it

For the duration of the beta program, plus a short wind-down period. You can ask us to delete your application at any time — we’ll remove it and the associated email address.

Your choices & rights

Access, correct or delete your application data: write to [PLACEHOLDER: contact email] from the email you applied with, or contact us on our official channels.
Your wallet address is public by nature on Solana; disconnecting it from the beta just requires asking us to delete your application.

Anti-phishing reminder: our only domains are clansofsolana.com, play.clansofsolana.com and demo.clansofsolana.com. We never DM first, never ask you to sign a transaction on this site, and never ask for funds or seed phrases.

Changes

If this policy changes materially during the beta, we’ll post the update here with a new date and announce it on our official channels.
